food safety, refrigeration, cleanliness...

We ALWAYS need to be clean/safe with food...Cooking/Preparing, purchasing, any food item....

EXPIRATION DATES-----Too many times I have seen out of date expiration dates on food items for purchase, on the item's container/labels!!!..This nonsense should not go on in any place of business that has any kind of food for purchase!..IF the expiration date is over on any food item, it should be discarded/thrown in trash bin....these grocery stores are bad about leaving expired foods on shelves and displays for purchase...Fruits and vegetables spoil as well, they get mushy, and watery...*puke*....and they just pull a few leaves off of them and leave them!...spoiled/rancid/stinks! that should NOT go on anywhere!...

I ALWAYS check the expiration dates on any food item before I purchase it, the expiration dates are sometimes difficult to find on packaging/containers the food is placed in...sometimes under side of the package/container or on the side they are printed...Too many times people do not check the expiration dates, and they become ill with food borne illness, it's a waste of money, and makes you/me angry!....Always tell the business owners/workers that foods are spoiled and expiration dates are out!....A person needs to always purchase and use the food items a week/days before the expiration date is over to be completely certain that you do not become ill and the food is safe! ALL food items need their expiration dates to be checked!..Breads need to be checked and look out for nasty bread molds! Also before I purchase a carton of eggs I check for breaks in the egg shells and for broken eggs, then I close the carton back down..nasty rancidness!....I have seen that in many stores before!....These local grocery stores need to be updated, painted, rebuilt or torn down and start all over!....and to be very clean and never nasty!..i get so sick of the run down, nasty, corrupt ones!

Salmonella is a dangerous food borne illness, if you do not keep rancid foods in the trash cans, you may be seriously ill or even get intestinal worms if you ingest them! and you will get this also from not properly cooking your meats!....I always use a meat thermometer and to make very sure I completely cook the meats to a temperature of at least 200 degrees, I like it all very well done!.

COOKING, PREPARING FOOD----People who work in food prep need to ALWAYS wear hair nets, pull their long hair back, wear plastic sanitary food prep gloves, wash hands, be free of diseases, never cough or sneeze while cooking food or be near the food prep kitchen while sick with anything, wear clean clothes, and maybe aprons at all times when cooking/preparing all foods! I think people who work in food prep need to have very neatly shortly trimmed beards/moustaches/facial hair....even if you are a Chef or just a food prep worker, maybe there should not be any facial hair at all when you work in food prep! It makes me very sick to find hair or anything gross like that in my food anywhere!!!

Everyone men and women need to always be VERY Clean and sanitary while working in food prep kitchens any business everywhere! Vegetables/Fruit need to always be washed with water before preparing them, also I like to rinse meats off in water/then pat dry with paper towels before preparing them! Food prep needs to be VERY Clean, Professional, Sanitary, and be very sure you NEVER contaminate any of the foods with sick nasty hair and gross things like that!..*gag* Meat thermometers should always be there to make sure meats are thoroughly properly cooked to an internal temperature of at least 200 degrees!...that's what we always do anyway....

All food prep cooking/preparing items need to be sanitized, dish-soap, bleach water, dried before cooking/preparing, all cooking utensils, countertops, sinks, drain boards ovens, stoves, grills, serving items, silverware, plates, glassware---- just everything needs to be cleaned properly and evaluated for cleanliness at all times in kitchens/businesses before cooking/preparing/serving!

REFRIGERATION, FREEZERS----I like to make very sure I keep my refrigerator and deep freeze clean and thaw them to properly clean, with bleach water/cleaning solution then start over again, place items back in the freezer and refrigerator....Many foods need to be kept in refrigeration/freezers..I really like having refrigerators/freezers at home...I have two!...I think all businesses that have food items for purchase and have food prep need good properly running refrigeration and freezers!...all need this!..They keep foods fresh and those that need to be frozen are safe!.....I like Maytag, Kenmore, WhirlPool, and I enjoy looking at all appliances at Sears too when I can....

ICE CUBES--I enjoy ice cubes everyday in glasses of my favorite beverages...I love ice-cubed water almost everyday!..I like to keep all of my beverages cool in the refrigerator all the time..There are some ice cube houses/businesses that create the bags of ice cubes locally, and I think everywhere needs those, BUT they need to be created from VERY CLEAN water and use clean, properly running equipment!

I have unfortunately purchased a few bags of ice cubes at convenience stores/grocery stores and the ice cubes are often nasty and have dirt or something gross in them!....it makes me very upset that I have to always check the bagged ices for nastiness!

These bagged ice cube distributors need to be monitored, evaluated, professional, have clean up to date equipment, and clean, trustworthy, disease free---dependable workers...any ice cube vending machine/house needs to be monitored/cleaned, work properly be professional....

It is VERY hot here where we live in the spring/summer, often 112 degrees many summer days, and we all need bagged ice almost everyday to keep beverages and other things cooled off so we can be cool, our pets can be cool, and all food items can be cooled while traveling!......So ice cubes, you don't think much about them really, but I have now many years, because I seem to always find nastiness in them!!!....it is upsetting and makes me very angry and worried about the cleanliness of these businesses and our bagged ice cubes!

BBQ.....grilling outdoors....

I enjoy BBQ's, outdoor meals on tables, and I also enjoy grilling outdoors on a grill...I like propane and charcoal grills, and using mesquite, pecan, or hickory wood chips under the charcoal...

Be careful when you place lighter fluid onto the charcoals....I like any grill that works properly....lol...don't use too much of any of the fuel that you fire with....smells good!

things I like to grill for a meal are:

Salmon steaks
Shrimp
Tilapia
hamburgers
chicken
Steak
hot dog weenies
asparagus
onion
peppers
potatoes
mushrooms-fresh
squash
corn on the cob--margarine/butter/seasonings

I like to place foil wrap on to the top of the wire grill then place my food items to grill there and close the grill....I enjoy butter/margarine, canola oil, many seasonings, liquid smoke-sometimes, salt, pepper on these food items to grill....I like the grill and the smokey flavor of the items that are grilled....

brands of charcoal briquettes I have used before are----Kingsford, Best Choice

lighter fluid--I like any brand that works well with the charcoal.

wood chips--I see these at most stores, I enjoy Kingsford, and Jack Daniels wood chips.

BBQ sauces that I enjoy are--KC Masterpiece, Jack Daniels, Sweet Baby Ray's, Head Country--(it's Oklahoma!)..

sometimes we enjoy purchasing already made BBQ in a small plastic tub, chicken, pork, or beef...I like Lloyd's, Jack Daniels, Sweet Baby Ray's....you can just easily make a sandwich with hamburger buns..i like to add a small amount of mustard to mine when I create these....I like to purchase and make seasoned fries/potato wedges with these--I bake them(I always like them seasoned) with ketchup....lol...I'm so funny about certain food items,  they have to be so, so...just right for me... ;)

pre-made potato salad or homemade is good with BBQ dinners---Reser's is a good brand I like...I enjoy the Deviled Egg Potato Salad they have, and the mustard...I think there is also one with mayonnaise...I haven't tried that one yet.....ALWAYS check the expiration date on these! so you won't become ill, and keep these refrigerated always! I also enjoy the macaroni salad and the sandwich spreads.....Pimento cheese is something I like....I like all of their items for purchase...good!

sometimes we have macaroni and cheese too with BBQ, I like Kraft, Velveeta, the one from Save a lot(with broccoli in it) Annie's--off brands are good too, or homemade...

lol...anyways..I enjoy grilling outdoors and BBQ's during the spring/summer...it's a tradition...

nasty hotels / motels.....

I saw the cutest little yellow bird in a store yesterday! it was embroidered on a small piece of cloth, I thought it was so cute, I picked it up and looked at it and it was Little Suzy's Zoo for babies clothing, I thought it might be something for spring cleaning....aww, that little bird is so cute!

but anyway,

Purchased a few items yesterday while running errands for my Grandma.

I found two Adult coloring books for $3 at the Dollar General, one was Dogs & Cats, the other was Flowers, I enjoy coloring these with the coloring pencils, stress-relief!!!... THEN at the grocery store I found and purchased a Pepperidge Farm--Cake(you keep these in the refrigerator) very good!...I also enjoy their Pepperidge Farm---Garlic/Cheese Bread that you bake for Spaghetti/Lasagna dinners...good!..i know they have good cookies also.

while driving through town I saw a Motel and I think about how run-down and nasty some of those Hotel/Motels are--they're gross!...icky! the nastiness that goes on in those..

Years ago, I was wanting to work office work at a hotel when they had an advertisement in the paper for office help needed...So I inquired about the occupation there and they said ok, stop by for an interview...I went and I was dressed properly and they behaved oddly and this snobby biaatch says: " Oh , I just wanted you to clean, my daughter got the office work job." she was snobby as could be!!!...anyways, she ended up being kin to my Grandma and my Grandma was upset I applied to work anywhere near that nasty biaatch!..I didn't know anything about that woman or that nasty hotel, it was new built, grand sized, and looked nice outdoors, but icky and sicko/nasty as could be indoors...I was just looking for a part time job/occupation...I was in for a surprise....creepy!

I went ahead and cleaned for one day, and I immediately quit by the end of the day..The other cleaners at the Hotel behaved angry when I asked for sanitary cleaning rubber gloves to wear, and I am not ever going to clean something where others have been living without sanitary rubber gloves, because you can get diseases from nastiness where others have been staying cleaning toilets, changing bed linens, bath tubs/showers I used gloves while cleaning...

a person needs to always look out for drug needles in bed sheets so you won't get hurt and become ill with disease from those nasty things when cleaning a room there!..scarey!....the rooms looked torn into pieces like someone had a wild nasty bunch of people in there the night before, drug paraphernalia everywhere..sick!..it smelled disgusting!!!...I wanted to puke!..*gag* just filthy! I knew it was dangerous and nasty!...

they didn't clean properly or even sanitize anything, no bleach or any really good cleaner, just a bottle of some kind of solution they had made...it didn't have anything in it really, they used the same cleaning cloth to clean the toilet as well as the kitchen table!!!...*Gag* I asked: " Why are you using the same cloth for the toilet and kitchen table? that's disgusting! a cleaning girl said: " Oh it doesn't matter, we have too many rooms to clean we have to be done by the end of the day."...I got sick and wanted to puke....nasty!...

just hillbilly crap all the time around here for many years...that is so typical of these local businesses in these areas, they are disgusting, I knew my hillbilly family was involved in that one, they screamed at me for applying for a job where their girls worked! they screamed: " We made money off that place you Bitch!"..."We're gonna kill you!"....I hate all those damn nasty pieces of sh*t!!! they ruin EVERYTHING!..they're all embarrassing hillbillies!

then another cleaning girl told me: " If a Doctor comes in here, he may be doing abortions for women that stay here OK, and if you see this go on, do not tell anyone, because you will get in trouble!" then she named a few doctors who were doing these abortions and I couldn't believe the doctors whose names were said who were taking part in this corrupt crap going on at this Hotel...I knew then and there that something nasty, sick, very corrupt and organized was taking place.....They told me, "When you work here long enough, if you lose weight and get down to a size 4 you will make more money! " and she winked at me! I like all my girls to look good, we have a lot of very wealthy guests stay here, they were all oil field big wheels--snobs..I thought: "What is all this??!" I got creeped out about it right then....most the women were very snobby and a size 4.....it was very weird and creepy...I immediately quit that day...I knew it had to be something with prostitution!....I was upset, angry, creepy feeling about all that....I left and that was it for that place!...I just knew that my nasty hillbilly family had to have been involved in that nasty dangerous place! as usual...I left!!!

These hotels/motels need to be sanitized and properly cleaned at all times, they need good dependable workers/cleaners that are good people, cleaning properly, they need to be updated, demolished if they are too run down, they are often very dangerous places, and they should NEVER be involved in any nastiness and corruption!..I didn't know anything about that new hotel, I just answered a job advertisement!!!..wish I hadn't have!!!...why can't we ever have anything that is professional, monitored, clean, tidy, nice looking up to date, not trashy? and never dangerous....pathetic!

abusive relationships.....end them!

Sometimes people are in abusive relationships and they stay in them for many reasons, because they think there is no way out of them, or because they truly love the abusive person....

It can be very upsetting when you have loved, cared for, and trusted another person you are with, this happens many times in life with friends, family members, and boyfriends/girlfriends, husbands/wives it goes on with everyone....

there are many types of abuse that people can suffer, emotional, and physical abuse can really hurt a person and damage them....People have to be strong and wise enough to know that you do not need to put up with that BS!..IF someone you love/care for is constantly abusive and hurts you emotionally and physically kick them to the curb and be rid of them!...No one should have to live their life with people who are mean, abusive, terrible to them...

When someone physically hurts you, batters you, terribly abuses you, they DO NOT care about you! they like to play games with your heart, and say: "I'm sorry, forgive me!"....and then they will abuse you again, yell or hit you!...just leave them behind! and go on with your life...

I have NEVER understood why I have heard about and witnessed so many women who stay with abusive men, they will have black eyes where they have been punched in the face, and sometimes will almost die from the abuse!....It should NEVER go on....REAL men don't hit loved ones that they are in a relationship with and that they love.....AND they don't break their hearts either...I would Never put up with that BS!...I would leave right then!..lol..

same goes for women, you don't abuse your loved ones and I know that this goes on as well in many relationships....REAL women don't abuse their loved ones....their children, or their spouse, or their friends/family.....so many women are abusive as well as the men, and this needs to END.

too many times in marriages and/or romantic relationships the abuser will commit adultery and sleep around with other people and it will terribly hurt the wife/husband/boyfriend/girlfriend to be cheated on, and that is so upsetting, nasty, terrible, and sad.....THEN they will say: " Oh, I didn't cheat on you with another, come back to me!" and they will beg and plead for you to come back to them---I'd laugh in their face and say: "Adios piece of sh*t!" and that would be the end of that!...I would leave and never return....

Anybody who cheats on a romantic love/spouse, or anybody who abuses their loved ones needs to be left in the dust of your tires driving on down the road away from them...haha!

Men, Women, and children all have suffered abuse and it needs to end....there is no reason for that to continue on in anyone's life!

too many times the abuser in the relationship will keep their other half down, be hateful, scream at them, and keep them feeling less than so they will think that they can't find anyone else...they try to control them....and when that goes on, you should just leave, go forward with your life, and never look back....

I think often that people are scared to be alone, and that is sometimes why they stay with abusive others!...you are fine on your own away from the abuser, you will find others who will be good for you to enjoy life with!...keep searching for good people.

it can be very sad to end a relationship especially when previously before your loved one treated you with respect, love, and did actually care for you, then it's over because of the way they became toward you for whatever reason....but just go on.

walking away and never returning to your loved one because of the terrible abuse they have done to you is the BEST thing a person can achieve in life...always remember you deserve better in life than to be terribly abused!...get out and leave them! no one should ever be terribly hurt and abused by another who "pretends" to love them.

when someone hurts you terribly, they do not love you...so leave.

Love is NEVER about being mean, jealous, or terribly abusing you.

When you love someone---you respect them, care for them, adore them, want to spend your life with them....you never abuse them physically or emotionally---by screaming at them constantly, or belittling them, making them feel less than!

all kinds of relationships should never be, when there is no love there...so don't waste your time trying to have a relationship when you know there is no love there for you...that's stupid.

it can be upsetting to walk away, but when you know you need to end your relationship with another and never return, you must always know that there are plenty of good people out there that will never abuse you ever....plenty of good people out there to be friends with, family with, boyfriend/girlfriend with, and to be husband/wife with! so find them when you end a terribly abusive relationship..be strong!..life can and will be much better when you find those good people to share your life with!

I don't think anyone should ever be all alone in life and I don't think anyone should spend their life in a sad abusive relationship! life can and will be much better when you take that step to end the abusive relationship and go on! :)

internet repair....windy weather !!!

Seems as though the windy weather knocked over my internet receiver.

I had to have it repaired today.

The windy weather has been very fierce and terrible!....It knocked  my sunglasses off my face almost! and knocked other things over outdoors....

It has caused me terrible sneezing and allergies..AhChoo! pass the allergy medicine and tissues!.

I have been watching Stormy (my cow) she is going to be having her first baby very soon and I am nervous about this!..When she has her baby I am hoping she has no troubles...I am going to name her baby Rain Drop...if it is a boy baby cow or girl baby cow...I will name it Rain Drop....I think that is a cute name.

she has been lying on the hay near the barn and stretching and laying her head down, twitching her tail...she may be getting ready to have her baby...I am very nervous and excited!

I raised her on a bottle when she was a new baby calf, her mother deserted her, so I raised her...I worry about her, because I cannot believe she is now going to have her first baby calf!!! :)

been watering her and she is enjoying the hay and green grasses....It has been very warm and windy weather, and she goes into the barn and sleeps....

My garden needs some rainfall and I am hopeful that the clouds will bring rain/storms so that will help me out with watering the garden....

I hope it doesn't drought again this year.
