Went to church yesterday...
then I went to the grocery store with my Grandma.I found a Fall squash that you can cook and eat...I have made them before, so how I like to cook this type of squash is in the oven baked then halved with butter with/or a little bit of brown sugar....you can use (Splenda brown sugar) if diabetic.....it's seasonal and I like to eat seasonal foods during Fall...
I found this video about how to make your own Pumpkin seeds from a pumpkin you buy at the store...think it looks fun..i might try that some time....I made them when I was younger when I bought a pumpkin one time...they're easy to make!
I could make squash seeds also according to this how to video.
