Today is Earth Day....
I think about recycling and planting trees on Earth Day...I can remember once or twice in school helping plant a tree for this day...
I have already planted several fruit trees weeks ago!
I try to recycle and reuse things that I can and I always want to make sure I do not ever litter..no throwing trash out the windows onto the highways/roads....Nobody should litter..We only have one Earth and we need to always take care of it....
Car-pooling is another way to save on exhaust fumes that cause pollution in the air and ozone...you know on days whenever you are in town/city and the sky looks hazy...pollution makes me very sick...
Whenever you can car pool you save gas and exhaust fumes...you can give the person who is driving the car cash money for gas every time and then you can drive at another time with that person or others....that's a good thing.
waste management is something we all need to think about..making sure things are properly thrown away and in the trash containers....there are a lot of areas that need more waste management capabilities and programs like that to recycle...so much trash/waste in the world...
recycling cans and plastics is something that I like to try to constantly work on...
I also like the highway clean up that the highway department does when they have several individuals get out there and clean up trash off the roads..sometimes they even have planted flowers...
renewable energy is also something that is healthy for the Earth...along with conserving water.
