Had to shock and brush the pool yesterday because of all the heavy rain...It must always be done with these pools at least once a week...
I opened the package and I walked a circle of the pool pouring the contents of the shock all at the sides...I was out of the pool because the shock can get in your eyes, mouth, and all over you causing you to be sick or cause problems with your eyes or breathing if you ingest it...so always be careful ya know?
i pressed the on button after plugging in the equipment into the electrical outlet and started circulating and cleaning the water...Bye bye bugs!...haha! they all started croaking and floated on the water and the filter got them...i let it run a few hours and it pulled all the excess dirt and other bugs into the filter and it was cleaner...
going to swim today!
yesterday i also was looking at fishing tackle because i want to go fishing at the lake....i like looking at all the bait,lures, and bobbers, hooks, weights, line, and all the fishing gear.
One thing that i like looking at is all the colored gel /plastic baits that are available...so many colors and types...
i just fish for a hobby/sport---i just throw them back into the water when i have one take a bite on the line....i don't eat them when i fish..so i always take a pair of gloves with me so i won't get finned and hurt my hands...a pair of needle nose pliers is also something i like to take along whenever i go fishing, so i can remove the hook from the mouth of the fish and throw him back out there....
look out for turtles and snakes!...i like turtles, but i always worry they will get on the line and that can cause a lot of problems....
water snakes are poisonous and i am scared of them biting me!
i fish at the lake's edge, and i would need to get my state fishing license to fish at the lake...i think i did that years ago but it expired?....need a new one!
it's just nice, and peaceful to spend the day fishing....
