Keeping a diary / journal !.....

Keeping a diary or journal as they are called is something I have always kept ! These are great for writing down current thoughts, feelings, upsets, happiness, what you are going through right now present day......

I know for truth that writing in a diary / journal is good for our health, mind, soul !    ;)

I often write down interior the blank pages, just about anything I am feeling at the present time, or I draw small pictures of what I am viewing or thinking.........

Place the day / time / location first before every writing you convey to the pages, write daily or on a whim ! These are best kept at home hidden from others as you may be upset at others and write things down about how they are behaving, being toward you.......lol........just hide or purchase a locking diary / journal ! Use keys keep hidden !!!

 plenty online, all sizes, shapes, leather, plain, fuzzy, plastic, hard cover, characters, or designs, colorful, I adore them all.......

The smaller character locking with keys diary can be simple thin pages, not much, mostly for children BUT I still like these for myself !!! Haha ! These can be for adults sure ! I use these for events, short term to write experiences, feelings at events you go through or anything short term...

Keep these diary / journal, safe, hidden, locked, write interior when alone, have free time, at day's end, late night, record / write onto the pages what went on today, feelings, upsets, happiness, or just what the day was about, write laughter also ! Haha ! Then store away hidden interior a box hidden.........use ink pens ! Let's have fun writing our day's events, feelings, completely fill the pages with writing, keepsake hidden, then purchase another ! Affordable.

The locked diary with keys are more so private. Keep safe ! I think helps to heal your soul with writing everything down interior your own private space no one can find or see, re - read to yourself ! I know helps your mind to process information also ! To remember ! These are plenty, have privacy to your mind, thoughts, onto your diary locked !!!    ;)

Look online or in stores ! Variety, exciting ! These can often be sold in packaging with stationary sets, the smaller character themed diary for children I adore these also ! Colorful !
