autumn / halloween carnival + parties !!!!

Every year I enjoy attending a local autumn / halloween carnival, OR ??? I adore seeing the local parties at home people are throwing !!!

It can be very exciting and fun to create, donate supplies, money,  and time to help out !!! Maybe you have an idea that is very neato ??? Let them know it may be helpful !!!!

Halloween carnivals must be grand size for plenty of others to attend so these grand size community buildings with electricity, safe + sound building structures, enough room !!!! :::::: here's a few community building places I know of :::::

-- church
-- town + country club buildings
-- barns with electricity, clean, safe
-- local chapters / organizations meeting buildings
-- community buildings
-- school building IF permitted

GAMES TO PLAY AT CARNIVAL + PARTIES !!!!
Always enjoyed these old fashion games !!! You can purchase the games from many stores on the internet or from local party city + wallets party stores !!! May have plenty of games sets, grand size or order from internet !!!! I know oriental trading store on internet has PLENTY of games !!!!! A few ideas for the Halloween carnival games for ALL ages to go out there and try, enjoy I know these to be VERY FUN !!!!! :::: play for prizes, small gifts best !!!

-- pumpkin decorating competition !!! Decorate before you attend a day or hours in advance, and bring to competition IF they are having one !!!! Paint, adorn, style, carve or whichever you wish !!!! ALL in FUN !!! Oh my it is quite a competition !!! BUT ALL in FUN, laugh, enjoy the day everyone's pumpkin is a winner !!!! Ribbons or prizes !!!!

-- costume contest !!!! face painting !!! Adults, children, babies can be apart of the costume contest, face painting as well !!! We all want to be a winner, so I think best we all enjoy this and win prizes !!!! Haha !!!! Wear costumes, paint faces !!!! Costumes we can purchase with face paint various stores, and on internet !!!! ALL ages can go out there and attend, costume, paint our faces !!!! Let's have fun !!!!

-- raffles and door prizes !!! THESE are very exciting and neato, just purchase a ticket for small amount and toss into a grand size can, write name on ticket !!! Toss into the can, they mix it up and later during the carnival or party we pick out names !!! Nobody can see names !!!! No peeking at the names !!!! Haha !!! Winner wins grand size prizes, and it is called out over microphone !!!! Enjoy this one !!!!

ROLLS OF TICKETS !!!!! 
Before the carnivals begin we MUST purchase many, many, rolls of the ticket stubs !!! I see these PLENTY places affordable !!!! AND I know these to be variety of color hues, styles, I prefer the old look to them !!!! Very accessible to us for purchase !!! Needed for buying everything at the carnival, purchase with money at the doors / gates !!! Tickets given to you after purchasing !!! Keep safe, do not lose these !!!!

MINI TOYS, PRIZES, ALL GIFTS !!!
The gifts for the carnival prizes of the games, and the door prizes can be ANYTHING you wish them to be !!!! Mini small toy gifts from party aisles ALL Halloween / Day of the Dead theme are GREAT !!!! The small toys best for goody bags, game prizes, and the children and adults adore these darlings !!!! I know I always enjoyed the mini novelty Halloween / autumn gifts I won at the Halloween carnival !!!! Very eye catching, characters, themed, colorful of the season color hues !!!! Collect these !!! 

Grand size packages of the mini toys can be purchased from oriental trading, party city, maybe wallys party store, and I know Wal-Mart Halloween party aisle has some of the mini toys and mini gifts, dollar tree, dollar general, family dollar, have affordable mini gifts and plush Halloween theme !!!! We MUST keep it affordable so we can purchase in quantity REMEMBER !!!!! So these best places, maybe on internet as well grand size packages of the mini toys, pencils, sticker boxes, paddle balls, notebooks minis, character jewelry, plastic rings, mini candy boxes, cookies mini, , oh there's PLENTY !!!!! Look and see !!! INQUIRE......

The raffles, door prizes gifts ya know are more, a variety whatever you wish MUST be at least $ 50 fifty dollars !!! The usual range of money to spend on raffles and door prizes, I'd buy gift baskets, or create them from these stores seasonal aisles, just whatever you wish to create !!!! Cellophane wrapped decorated gift baskets, cleaner, safer !!!!! Winners of these LOVE them all !!!! 

GOODY BAGS !!!
These I have forever adored !!! Very fun, Halloween theme printed bags !!! All styles, cutesy, colorful, fill to the brim with candies, all sizes, pinata candy works best !!! Place stickers, mini toys I discussed above, and mini plush, mini boxes of toys stickers, mini squishy, mini statues, ANYTHING small children and us adults would find cutesy, colorful, Halloween, Day of the Dead themed !!!! Whatever you wish !!!! Oriental Trading, Wal-Mart Halloween party aisle, dollar tree, dollar general, look online / internet !!!! these GREAT gifts to throw into goody bags !!!! Just place a mini scoop of the mini toys interior the goody bags with a mini scoop of candy !!! Yay !!!! I LOVE !!!!! ALL ages can have the goody bags !!! Oh my !!! I know I wish for these at the carnivals and home parties !!!!

DECORATE FOR THE CARNIVAL / PARTIES !!!!

For the carnivals here's a few ideas !!!!!

CONCESSION STAND !!!!!
We MUST have a concession stand at the carnivals you know at home you just create a meal or vegetable trays and mini sandwiches, BUT at a grand size event as a carnival for the public, the concession stand is a requirement !!! Purchase ahead of time in grand size quantity !!! ANY refreshment, candies, Frito pie in bag to create, nachos , bowl of chili maybe ??? Canned chili best, quick prep cook to proper temperature ALL concession stand foods !!!canned cheese, peppers, pickles, hot dog supplies, or maybe a hamburger supply !!!! Maybe vegetable trays with dressings to dip into a paper foam bowl or in the mini packages of dressing ???? Mini sandwiches, buy already prepared !!!! Wal-Mart bakery, or other brands !!! INQUIRE. Halloween / Day of the Dead in a month so buy close to time the foods !!! Other supplies buy NOW !!!! Hurry !!! Haha !!!!

PUNCH TO DRINK !!!!
Punch to create !!!! ANY style of punch you wish to create go ahead and use a grand size punch bowl keep interior the concession stand and pour into small paper cups them Halloween or black and orange !!!! Haha !!!!

REFRESHMENT IDEAS !!!
Sodas, juices, Gatorade, powerade, water, tea, Apple cider, hot chocolate, these just a few refreshment ideas, orange sodas and the grape sodas, cream sodas ANY colorful always a fave !!!!

AND stock the concession stand a day before the carnival, MUST be clean small built concession stand PLENTY of room !!!! Have money box safe with at least $ 100  ( one hundred dollar ) there for change, be secret, so NO theft !!!! 

Grand size boxes, quantity of whatever candies you wish to have there, foods, whatever you wish !!! Paper / foam plates for the meals, concession MUST discard into trash cans provided there with trash bags throw interior the trash bins / cans !!! Let's have fun, be clean, sanitary, safe, tidy !!!!

PARKING AREA DESIGNATION !!!!
Outdoors where crowds may park we MUST have proper areas with hopefully some lighting to see and for safety concerns !!!! Designate parking areas with ropes or signs, plenty room REMEMBER !!!!

KEEP PETS AT HOME !!!! 
For pets SAFETY keep them at home please !!! They can become unruly, not behave and may bite others so keep them at home !!! Bring the babies, kids, teenagers, grandparents, ALL parents, friends, family !!! EVERYONE !!! BUT NO PETS !!!! 

BE WATCHFUL OVER EVERYONE, SAFETY FIRST !!!
I know we are all having fun at the carnivals BUT we MUST BE WATCHFUL OVER EVERYONE !!! Several others may attend and be hateful, rude, shove you, attack you angry, or just be cold hearted mean, try to ruin the event, maybe be creepy others there prowling on children, so we MUST keep our family and friends SAFE !!!!
