I get some really cool ideas sometimes and I start thinking about a lot of things I wish I could do....just daydreaming ya know?...One of those things I know that I would wish to do is work on that crappy old rundown hometown of mine and change it up.My friends and I have had bad memories of that town and when you think about it if you could ever get some of the mean evil troublemaking people to leave the town or go away you could make the town better!!!....lol....just me thinking about how mean and dangerous/evil they have been and annoying and nosy and ignorant and the list goes on........
they try to run the town and it has no businesses just a gas station or 2, some churches, a post office and that's about it.What I dream about is changing it up and totally giving my old hometown a makeover...totally leveling it and building new art deco buildings or southwest style buildings and making it a beautiful town..looking like it never has before...build coffee shops, flower shop, cake cupcake store/bakery, cool ultra hip chic cafes, boutiques to sell art and jewelry maybe, organic grocery stores or regular grocery stores, pet boarding/grooming of all kinds, all kinds of cool different restaurants, and vegetarian restaurants, a gym, and also yoga, entertainment/performance art buildings and get a small art district started..all drug-free!!! sick of drugs!
They need beautiful colors everywhere, art everywhere, and sculptures in the town square...Haha they need a town square never even had one!!! Lol...they need beautification and lots of landscaping in that town !!! it's an ugly run down town and it needs to be different....and to be rid of the idiot hillbillies who run it in the ground all the time with their drugs and whoring!!!.annoying, crappy, and boring people...drugs are boring and so are whores..that's all that town has ever been same old crap every day/every year..Hahaha!!!...
wish I could have grown up and went to a school that was beautiful and drug free...and a town that was beautiful and drug free..never happened....we all got cheated on that...BUT we can change that piece of crap into something beautiful and new...a new beginning...
it has lots of potential--the highway runs right through it and to the interstates, so you could attract lots of tourists and shoppers..i know you could!...make it pretty, eclectic, unique, and people will stop and shop and look and say:"Wow what a beautiful interesting town!"
My American Indian friends that I grew up with there would absolutely like to be able to have their culture represented with some kind of artwork and a store for them and maybe something cultural for them...they've always been nice to me and been great friends all through school...they'd like something like that I know how they are.i know they enjoy art too and all my friends who like art as well..and the other guys I went to school with who like me would too!!! we've all put up with a lot from school and people in that town, so I think it would be super cool to change the school or dispose of that old run down school there and if it has to stay, just change the name, colors, and mascot totally to something about weather!!! Hahaha! and I think it would be cool to change the name of the town totally to something weather-related and street names too all weather related!!! isn't that cool?!! name it all something cute, like clouds or rain! ;)
There's a lot of different things you could do with a run down town like that you just gotta have the creativity to do that with.So many unique and cool things you could do with a town like that build it up and make it something new...change is good when it makes you happier and you make the bad memories go away from your childhood in that crappy cesspool of a hometown....
combine all the local culture with the art deco and artwork and make it something unique and beautiful..i think it would be super cool...combine cowboy culture with the American Indian culture and some of the local Mexican American culture...and the artwork would be beautiful and amazing!!!
something I also think is neat is water sculpture and all kinds of those art deco sculptures on all the buildings...something ultra hip and chic and totally different than people in this area have ever experienced...man that would be so cool....everything could have an artistic flair to it everything...even the post office!...lol..
I think a doctor's office or a nurses station would be needed as well so a person doesn't have to drive so far out of town to see a physician.
a golf course, and a rodeo arena would be nice also...for sports.
I think a health food store would be good with things for all kinds of ailments like diabetes or whatever you may need, also a well needed pharmacy....a new police station with more police, ambulance and fire assistance with well trained individuals in all areas, a feed store would be nice, a pet store with all the pet foods and a veterinarian that is local...they seriously need somewhere to change tires and oil that is able to complete the job and get it done quick....and take care of lots of cars at once...ya know a pit stop that has well trained guys who will get it done right....and a few more places to get gas at that place with NEW equipment!!!
they need well trained hair stylists who know all the new styles and want to work....also a makeup store would be nice as well....a fishing store with lures and boats would be great for everyone...lol..sports and entertainment store....gaming rooms for arcades/videogames..
and a candy store!...lol
you could advertise this everywhere all the time on the news, radio, print ads in newspapers and draw in business that way..word of mouth also travels far...always has.
oh well i can dream and wish...sometimes wishes come true!!!
