Tomatoes !!!!

Summer is winding down to a close seems as though. I am actually hopeful for a goodbye to summer !!!!

I know many people have been harvesting their bounty of tomatoes from their gardens, or are buying them at local produce stands, grocery stores.......I see PLENTY tomatoes, ALL varieties !!!

The scent of tomatoes vines is a favorite clean, fresh scent of mine !!! Quite nice !!!

They are quite nice for creating Pico, salsa, oh I LOVE this homemade with garlic, peppers, onion, cilantro fresh !!!!! YUM !!! Nice to jar, eat with tortilla chips, other dishes !!!!! Cilantro a fave of mine fresh !!!! Adore the scent and flavor in Pico and salsa !!!!! Keep refrigerated !!! Nice icy cool.

I have always preferred to slice or dice tomatoes, salt them, may be pepper them, or create homemade tomatoes juice, sauce, can / jar, store use later for soups, and Italian cooking !!!!!

Those canning jars are quite nice and helpful to us !!!!

The small cherry tomatoes I LOVE onto the top of fresh green leafy salads, dipped interior salad dressings as well !!! POP !!! Into your mouths bite down on these salted is BEST !!! Yummy !!!!

Those tomatoes sliced onto burgers + salads, sandwiches, or by themselves salted NICE for us !!!!!

LOVE tomatoes.......ALL variety GOOD !!!!

I see most for sale lately, summer almost outta here !!!! Thank goodness !!! Too hot, uncomfortable, excessive heat + drought, sickens me, and everyone else, pets ALL animals as well !!!! Hope summer is over soon and the rainfall arrives, with cooler temperatures !!!!!
