Sitting in bed right now.....it's soooooo warm&comfortable....i don't wanna get up and go to work!..... ;(
Yesterday was a busy day.....i sold 25 Angus cows to a guy from west texas....he always buys from us....I'm mainly into the Angus breed now...Grandpa's all about Herefords...but i think the Angus are easier to care for....
I had to wait on the guy a while...so around noon he finally made it here...he had his trailer and we helped him load them.....i always get kinda sad when i sell my cows....but i know he's a serious rancher and will take great care of them.....i've got plenty to work with and that's how you gotta do in this business...i just hope it rains soon...we need more rain to make the pastures grow and the ponds fill up for the cows&horses....spring is on the way....
after we met with him and he paid me with a check i went to the bank, then went to the cafe and met with the regular crew for lunch....there was a lady walked in the cafe while we were all sitting there...she was high,mental, or drunk?...lol....anyway she walked in and starts yelling at everyone right in their faces:"I need to know where i am!..Can somebody tell me where i am?!Geronimo is after me!..i need to hide from him NOW!".....LOL...everybody just kinda ignored her...
she kept on yelling and the waitress called the town cop and he came in and made her leave...she was strung out i guess..kinda mixed up you know?...he loaded her into the cop car...she was still screaming...it's sad people do that to themselves.....oh well...
So after that mess everyone started shaking their heads and making jokes...Grandpa said:"Well, never thought i'd see an eatin' joint and a nuthouse all rolled into one."......haha...he's good at those witty one-liners....We were all like:"Craaaaazy B*tch!"...singing it along real loud in a made up tune.."Craaaazy B*tch....yes you are la tee dah!"...Bwahaha!...it was stupid but funny....we might be crazy too for singing a stupid song like that.....lmao....
Haha...Geronimo?seriously?.....(ok,whatever floats your boat lady)..*eyeroll*....lol....she must have went to his grave or the local museum high?....wow....maybe she just had severe mental issues?...i felt sad for her...making a spectacle of herself in town....people like that i can't help but feel compassion for...you know me..always feeling sad for the misfit....
we made homemade soup last night...it was really good...that'll be easy to fix when we all get home late tonight and tomorrow night from working at the sale..just warm it in the microwave..Uncle said we may have snow flurries tomorrow night or this weekend,so depends when/if the sale happens....might get freezing cold or something...
