allergies, asthma, water mold....

Spring will be here soon, and I know that my allergies and asthma problems will become much worse!

The wind was terrible the other day/night and I started sneezing Achoo!...haha...I had to have an allergy medication, I take Benadryl 1 or 2 a day is all....they make you very tired, but it is the only allergy medication that works for me, over the counter....just be prepared to rest, don't drive, and make sure you don't have any other medication you are taking that could interact awful with a Benadryl...

when I was a child I had to have allergy tests and allergy shots all the time from an Allergy Specialist and I know that I like Allergy Specialists and they are needed for those with the allergies/asthma problems that are severe like mine...

I have been tested for many things, I am not allergic to any cats or animals surprisingly because so many people have dander allergies, but I'm not allergic to them, I am allergic to things that are molds, pollens, certain plants/trees, soaps, some smokes, wasp stings, detergents, dyes in some fabrics, overwhelming candles/fragrance oils,  loud stinky perfumes....

I have to use an asthma inhaler when I am having allergic reactions to things in the air, so I start to cough and I am wheezy, I take a puff off of the asthma inhaler and I go on!...it is a genius invention, and saves so many lives of asthma sufferers!

hypo-allergenic items are something I always use when I can find them, we probably need more of those all the time for more items to be hypo-allergenic....I have sensitive skin....I get itchy.

I know that water mold is everywhere near the ponds and the creeks, those old trees that are dead, falling down need to be taken out with a bulldozer, pushed down,  taken from near the creeks so they can dry out some on the banks edge...areas need cleaned up of old dead trees/vegetations, along with old moldy houses that are hazards...it could help some....

I just cough and I get bronchitis all the time and it starts out with a bad case of the sneezes!...the wind carries a lot of it outdoors, and dust off of the road is terrible and you constantly have to vacuum and dust to keep the house clean, dust all the time....my lungs hurt when I have bronchitis and cough/sneeze all the time...stress can also cause illness like this.

I have felt miserable with asthma/allergies my whole life and miserable with many other things in my life, like idiot people in my family and that stupid town--who won't leave me alone, and other things, but oh well, I battle my way through it all...nobody cares....lol
