Awake ! Early for breakfast right now as I type this, but I know that plenty of others enjoy breakfast daily, early morning also !
Quick prep ! Warm / prepare easily on the stove ! Or microwave. Simple. Boil water for most in cooking pan, stove top. READ instructions before you do anything else !
Here are most I enjoy for breakfast this time of year, these you eat in a bowl !!!
You may add if plain variety, pad of butter, sugar, milk to most of these, some may already be sweetened, IF so, no sugar needed, you may add some milk, butter pad is fine.
-- read instructions on the box of how to prepare, most cooked in boiling water, cooking pan on stove top, or heat in microwave......
Instant breakfasts, are Simple, quick prep, just add water and warm, variety of these, inquire !
Here are a few warm breakfasts for the bowl !!!
-- cream of wheat, add butter pad, some milk, sugar if you prefer ! Or plain
-- malt o meal -- add butter pad, Brown sugar, or honey, if you prefer, and some milk not much on any of these ! Or plain.
-- grape nuts cereal -- pour in milk, small amount, butter pad, some honey, warm this in the microwave ! Softens the cereal, yum !
-- grits -- I prefer boiling these, add dash of milk, or salt, some may prefer with sugar a dash......corn product.....
-- Carnation Instant breakfast, drink variety, vitamins, easy breakfast, mix, warm, if you wish assorted flavors, drink mix packs ! Nice breakfast !
-- oatmeal -- easy to prepare, fresh boiled oats, Quaker, a nice brand of the fresh oats, fave of mine, these are variety, most instant now, they are easy, quick prep, simple, some are fruit flavored, already sweetened, variety, in these instant oatmeal packs ! Several brands. Inquire ! If preparing the fresh oat meal, I prefer mine with butter pad, Brown sugar, milk added, stir it up ! Some may wish for cinnamon and brown sugar stirred in their oatmeal ! Nice !
-- white plain rice -- I enjoy the plain, white boiled 5 minute rice to prepare for breakfast often, very gentle on the stomach, I prefer, pad of butter, some white sugar, milk on mine, with buttered toast ! 5 minute rice easy to prepare ! Just boil water, add cups of rice, let set in boiled water, remove from heat source, let steep, then turn with fork, it's done !!! Honey drizzled on buttered toast is nice !!! Yum ! Plenty brands of rice, all off brands also, very affordable, plain white rice for breakfast ONLY.
These warm, breakfasts to create for a bowl, are usually dry, packaged in boxes, instructions on how to prepare / cook for quantity on the back of boxes ! I find them ALL at local grocery, Wal-Mart, target, save a lot, ALDI, dollar stores, all ! Variety flavors, brands, all affordable ! More affordable, off brands available for each of these warm breakfasts ! Quantity available ! Inquire.
If diabetic ??? You may still wish for sweeteners to stir in your warm breakfasts ! Plenty artificial sweeteners for that dash of sweet, doesn't take much of any of the artificial sweeteners to create the sweetness for these ! Most plain need a little pep up for taste -- all healthy breakfasts above !!!
