cookie ! the brookie !......

I was able to bake yesterday, so I found a recipe online, for a brownie cookie !!!.....

I was wishing for my favorite chocolate chip cookies, and I found something even BETTER ! A brownie + chocolate chip combo !!!......yum !

Very simple, quick prep !

Brookie cookie recipe ::::

All you need is :

One cookie mix in a package
One brownie box mix, plain
Ingredients needed for preparing the cookie dough and brownie mix as needed from instructions, which would be butter / margarine, eggs, oil, varys, milk also !........simple ! Look on the instructions, to be VERY sure what is needed !

Mix cookie mix according to instructions on back of packaging, as it says. Press the cookie mix down interior of the bottom of a foil lined baking  pan. Grease the foil before pressing the cookie mixture down, I used small amount of cooking grease ! ( Crisco ) 

After the cookie dough is pressed down at the bottom, prepare the brownie mix, as instructions tell you on the back of brownie mix box, in a separate bowl, use your wooden spoon or hand held mixer / blend / mix !

Simply pour the brownie mix quick prep, onto the top of the cookie dough that you just pressed down at the bottom of baking pan !!!

Bake interior the oven fifteen ( 15 ) minutes on 350 degree oven temp ! DO NOT burn ! Keep watching, all ovens vary baking times ! It is complete after placing tooth pick interior the middle and the toothpick is clean when removed !!! Secret baking info ! Lol.......
