Ran out of calf feed and had to purchase some more yesterday...I had to get more feed due to the fact that it's still wintry outside this week in case it freezes too much...I don't know how many round bales we will need to feed them today out there, incase it snows a lot...I like the Dew-eze..makes it much simpler than hauling them to the pasture with a tractor.....
One thing that I always think needs to be done is completing any project or work related job that you are working on....I think the more you keep working at something you know has to be finished, and you keep trying to work on it, and work through it, you will start seeing results of all your tough work and then you start to see the completion...
it doesn't matter if it's just a painting project, or a any kind of occupation you may have...you should always work on completing the task...
as with all things I know the same old, same old, everyday repeating of a job can get tiresome and boring!...but when you know you have to work on it everyday, and work on getting results and being productive you can always try your best every morning you wake up, til the end of your work hour, and think about the future, when you get a pay check or when you get those results after completing your job for the week...
I always think about things and how a challenge with an occupation can be something to work on and try new ways to go about your day and think of all kinds of different ways to get things completed...
I like a challenge when you have to really think and combine all of your thoughts into some genius ideas to work on your job...then try new ideas and ways to make your occupation more so geared toward you, so you know how to look at your challenge and work on it already before you are presented with it...
always look before you leap as they say..which means have well planned ideas already before you tackle a project or a situation..i'm all about planning things with my ideas and thoughts....before I work on anything, I think it through and calculate it in my mind....so I will know what I'm going to do when given a challenge or project.
you always have to think up new ideas and new ways to keep things from being so boring or tiresome! reinventing everyday with new ideas and all kinds of well planned scheduled work related ideas from everyone and yourself working together is a great way to keep yourself and others going while working on everyday same old, same old...
one thing I think is a great thing to do is write down everything you want and think about your occupational challenge on a piece of notebook paper or a dry erase board and have everyone working on the same project with you write down their views and thoughts on something, that way all your ideas combine with theirs and you have many different views on a challenging work related issue..to get the problem solved, figured out or completed.
that way everyone is involved...being well organized is a must.
work related problems can be stressful, boring, emotional, scary, and technical...
everyone's thoughts count so everyone needs a marker, pen, paper...I always use a blue or green pen or marker!!!...haha!......
then you need to talk about everyone's ideas and thoughts on paper and choose which one works the best for all of you...if you don't know which one to choose...choose the one that you all think you can agree on.....if not, just toss a coin...it doesn't matter where it lands when you have all your best ideas on the discussion table on paper...
thinking up all kinds of ways to laugh during stressful times is great as well...because you have to keep laughing through it to get along and complete the current job related situation...
just do not give up..you will work through it!
