Letter yet again
Calling as my brother again, sat Sunday, we didn't answer on purpose, so he calls Mimi says Julie is she ok ? I haven't seen her in a year ! My dog has to go to pound can you keep her ??? Julie has cat but they can keep her for me, so after I was told no more Jared fake calls here we go again stevie screaming it was him !!! Why's this allowed to go on, Mimi heard ping ping sounds......crickets.....screams about hacking. Upsets me !!! No help for anything !!!
Brett shows up again to her house yesterday with weird eye, high red eyes, jittery brought those aids n family kids run all over house, screaming wiping hands on the walls and for some reason always have to go bathroom in her toilet or Brett Philip does poop pee !!! They say this is nasty stevie, Japanese thugs with aids doing this, kids have aids, they harass the hell out of her !!! I do not want them near Mimi or on her land my mom is very angry upset this goes on and the Jared crap goes on !!!
Now Brett asking can he put pickup truck on her land near 81 to sell it by hwy !!!! They keep doing something around there for years years even real ones did this, trash everywhere all over like parties taking place, said they put whores on creek there and her place over northwest of her house !!! self harm.......let's end it !
Many times in life I have known others who have been neglected, raped, abused, poisoned by illicit drug abuse, very upsetting ! It occurs to many people, in our lives, such as family / friends, co -- workers !!! When these terrible upsets occur there is nothing we can do about it happening to us, and those we know / love !!! Oh, how I have cried and been very depressed over these upsets happening to those near me !!!
I know for at least twenty or more years I have seen those I know / love + care for self abuse / harm themselves, due to the rape, abuse, neglect, poisoning, drug abuse, severe depression / upset !!!
Self harm I understand to be brought onto another by these upsetting events happening to them, so they injure / hurt themselves to feel they say, because they often feel as if their soul has been stolen because of these upsetting events occurring to them ! Very depressing to me, to know of this happening to other, even if I do not know them right now, I cry for everyone who has been hurt as this !!! Very terrible, upsetting !!!
I know that often people can be hurt as these ways by those they love / cared for and trusted, such as family, it makes me very sad !!! I have never been hurt as these ways, ever I have been fortunate to be kept safe, but I know how painful, upsetting, soul stealing it must feel to be raped, neglected, abused by others ! Just as plenty of animals have been, oh, I cry !!! It upsets me to NO END !!! Injustice for this to be allowed to go on to any person, any animal !!!
Often this sadness / evil ways that occur to people can cause suicide, drug overdose, threats to others and one's self......very sad.
Depression all on it's own may cause self harm / self abuse. Please seek treatment for any of these upsets counseling, psychiatrist, these all may help you......do not stop trying to be much better, you count on this earth !!!
Self harm ways ideas that I have heard of and seen go on with others I have known or heard of locally is these upsetting self abuse / self harm :
---smoking things to injure lungs
--- excessive alcohol, to black out / pass out
--- taking, over consumption of drugs to die
--- hanging themselves
--- twisting their body parts to cause pain
--- rip flesh with tools
--- burning oneself with torches, butane lighters
--- pulling teeth with instruments
--- puncturing body with instruments
--- cutting body all over, slicing to feel pain
--- puncturing veins with drug needles
--- carving into the skin, face, body with knives
--- puncturing nether regions of body with tools
--- disgusting sex / promiscuity
--- grotesque ideas about one's body parts
These can and MUST be STOPPED !!! NO ! NO ! NO !
DO NOT let these past terrible upsets continue to haunt you, upset you, control you ! You deserve better than this, do not ever continue on to self harm / self abuse !!! Fight back ! Go on with your life, change your life, even if it's moving to a new location, changing your friendships, avoiding family, avoiding precursors to self abuse !!!
Often I have been told by others who have self harmed themselves that they enjoy admiring their scars from the abuse. I have cried at this sadness !!! I think it best to tattoo over those scars something inspirational to make us think about NEVER self harming ourselves ever again !!! Why not ??? Tattoo inspirational message that you adore, a saying, spiritual, a survival tattoo to show you survived the abuse and self harm and NEVER take part in it again !!! Maybe a tattoo of a beloved / loved one, or a pet !!! That would be cute over a scar of sadness + bad memories !!! Make it pretty now ! :)
Sharing how you feel with those who have battled similar occurrences, this can help ! Find those at support groups for abuse, look online for friends to meet who feel the same, work on finding the better things in life, go on, you deserve better ! Support groups can change lives, who knows you may find your true love also ! ;)
NEVER self harm yourself because some stupid idiot trash loser hurt you, no matter who it was, outta your life !!! Go on ! Fight back, persecute legally if you can, never stop trying to better your life ! Do not let others spit on you, kick you down, tell you that you are ugly, fat, less than ! hanna -- barbera cartoons !!! Adore !
Went shopping today, I have been very interested in a t shirt I found that was cartoon ! It was Fred Flintstone !!! Love Fred ! Silly man + family called simply The Flintstones, from stone henge time ! I remember I took the Flintstones character shaped vitamins as a child......One vitamin a day each child, chewable........still available affordable.
The Hanna Barbera cartoons are a fave of mine since I was a child ! I see the Fred Flintstone t shirt today and I started remembering ALL the characters I have forever enjoyed watching since way back then !!! I still enjoy watching cartoons even now...........for some reason I always prefer watching them in early morning.......
I adore the style of drawing with the Hanna Barbera cartoons, and the old look to the coloring of these characters, very nostalgia, I prefer the older characters myself from the beginning.....

pink lemonade.......
One fave refreshment of mine mostly during summer is pink lemonade ! Sure, I enjoy plain yellow lemonade, but I think I like the tart, tangy, sweet / sour pink version best often !!!

Kawaii cutesy brand !!! Adore !....
I was thinking about sharing a brand I have talked of before, it is called Kawaii ! It is Asian descent, very calming, colorful, cute ! Feels as though it is heavenly, so innocent, pastel color hues, a softer color hue !
I found the Kawaii brand while looking on the internet one evening just a year or so ago, it is very beautiful and eye catching, so very adorable, cheerful ! Wonderful brand, prints, designs, oh, enchanting to see ! ;)

I have heard and seen much animal abuse in the area because of so many trashy, nasty, weirdo people !!! It is always irresponsible, uncaring filth of the earth humans who neglect, starve, abuse, rape, hold captive, discard animals as if they are NOTHING !!! Every city / state, county seat NEEDS the ASPCA only people of goodness in control !!!
Humane Society --- these animal safety groups are a MUST locally and all over the earth everywhere also !!! ASPCA needs to be in control of these societies, ONLY.. We need to structure these groups ALL ONLY with people of goodness, care, love, respect, responsible people only !!! Show you care !!!
Animal Shelters --- usually work only with animal rescue sites, these NEED to be only working with grand size branch of groups controlling them all ENTIRELY, ONLY allow these to be controlled by strict coded establishments run by the ASPCA !!!
Animal Rescues / sanctuary --- these are areas designated to let wild life animals roam free in contained areas, where habitat is natural for them to be allowed !!! These often can be neglected as I have heard of NO money near the areas, they often need to be strict codes, enforced, watched, controlled by ASPCA ONLY. Donations necessary for these also or help return to the wild with wildlife conservation authorities !!!
Finding any wildlife hurt, abused, trapped, raped ??? PLEASE call the wildlife preserves locally and / or wildlife conservation people !!! IMMEDIATELY.

Animal Rescues / sanctuary --- these are areas designated to let wild life animals roam free in contained areas, where habitat is natural for them to be allowed !!! These often can be neglected as I have heard of NO money near the areas, they often need to be strict codes, enforced, watched, controlled by ASPCA ONLY. Donations necessary for these also or help return to the wild with wildlife conservation authorities !!!
Finding any wildlife hurt, abused, trapped, raped ??? PLEASE call the wildlife preserves locally and / or wildlife conservation people !!! IMMEDIATELY.

First it's harassing about Jared voice calling about giving us the rilee dog.....we can't keep her here because of the cat pumpkin fighting with her, she gets upset.........they said she had Hiv years now !!! I would rather send a handwritten, personalized letter, adorned with creativity of my own ! Or call on a telephone to say hello ! , chat, hear my friends / family voices, be real person.........Much more sociable, friendly.........comforting !

All in a set / packet together matching theme ! Plenty of these to choose from online ! I have found a small stationary letter writing set at Family Dollar before, but online I am finding several cutesy I enjoy !
I wish for things in life to have personality, be colorful, whimsical, beautiful as these I have found !!! So pretty ! Enjoy these ! Some may be older collectible sets, still nice !

Keeping a diary / journal !.....
Keeping a diary or journal as they are called is something I have always kept ! These are great for writing down current thoughts, feelings, upsets, happiness, what you are going through right now present day......
I know for truth that writing in a diary / journal is good for our health, mind, soul ! ;)
I often write down interior the blank pages, just about anything I am feeling at the present time, or I draw small pictures of what I am viewing or thinking.........
Place the day / time / location first before every writing you convey to the pages, write daily or on a whim ! These are best kept at home hidden from others as you may be upset at others and write things down about how they are behaving, being toward you.......lol........just hide or purchase a locking diary / journal ! Use keys keep hidden !!!

The smaller character locking with keys diary can be simple thin pages, not much, mostly for children BUT I still like these for myself !!! Haha ! These can be for adults sure ! I use these for events, short term to write experiences, feelings at events you go through or anything short term...
Keep these diary / journal, safe, hidden, locked, write interior when alone, have free time, at day's end, late night, record / write onto the pages what went on today, feelings, upsets, happiness, or just what the day was about, write laughter also ! Haha ! Then store away hidden interior a box hidden.........use ink pens ! Let's have fun writing our day's events, feelings, completely fill the pages with writing, keepsake hidden, then purchase another ! Affordable.
The locked diary with keys are more so private. Keep safe ! I think helps to heal your soul with writing everything down interior your own private space no one can find or see, re - read to yourself ! I know helps your mind to process information also ! To remember ! These are plenty, have privacy to your mind, thoughts, onto your diary locked !!! ;)

The smaller character locking with keys diary can be simple thin pages, not much, mostly for children BUT I still like these for myself !!! Haha ! These can be for adults sure ! I use these for events, short term to write experiences, feelings at events you go through or anything short term...
Keep these diary / journal, safe, hidden, locked, write interior when alone, have free time, at day's end, late night, record / write onto the pages what went on today, feelings, upsets, happiness, or just what the day was about, write laughter also ! Haha ! Then store away hidden interior a box hidden.........use ink pens ! Let's have fun writing our day's events, feelings, completely fill the pages with writing, keepsake hidden, then purchase another ! Affordable.
The locked diary with keys are more so private. Keep safe ! I think helps to heal your soul with writing everything down interior your own private space no one can find or see, re - read to yourself ! I know helps your mind to process information also ! To remember ! These are plenty, have privacy to your mind, thoughts, onto your diary locked !!! ;)

Letter another.....
Screams yesterday as I drove to mimis house, ping ping, screams about rodeo, everybody's over ! F you fat ass ! Jared called Friday at noon, they said it was stevie, g. Answered and Jared said he was bringing the baby down on Saturday, so I left, tired sick of masks whole mess just puke.
Screams about OkCity, Dallas as usual, yawn. Too hot to listen to this on my waves, non stop. Exhausted.
Stevie screamed about my brother money off his meds, then Curtis baby got bday toys we bought, said he liked them, L 's sister so that's better he will be ok with her. I just have been upset about things I didn't know anything about then hacked very bad to happen to a girl like me, already walking on eggshells since childhood nerve troubles because family and school......oh Lord.....
Stevie screamed non stop about my tiggy and Rocky cats how they threw them on the creek and Japanese put them in cages to eat them !!!! Upset me ! Stevie screamed he hacked them 500 x for 20 years north my house and I was hacked more so !!!! Upsets me scares me ! Keeps telling me I have terminal cancer gave my cats aids !!!??????? No truth in person. Upsets me.....left cats at fbi they killed them !!!
Blaming me for everything evidently he's mad upset he can't get me for anything with crooked fbi dea he yelled and he wants to hack my house, my tv, players electronic devices, my cola nite light is still being hacked on fire for few days was cool..........Screams about pumpkin cat, dying dead bitch blue cow raped as calf, dead bitch hacked !!!???? Upsetting !!! :(

Mental health clinics........needed everywhere.
Most people suffer mental illness, we all may know a friend, co -- worker, or family who are mentally ill.
When people are mentally ill, it can be hereditary, severe drug abuse, alcoholism, abuse, jealousy, severe depression, or greed, all can cause mental illness, often they may just be born with interior mind problems...............whichever the cause, we know we need to have special care available for them !!! They may need psychotherapy and mental health medicines from a caring, doctor of ONLY goodness !
When people suffer mental illness they may need quick care for their mind, or the fits they throw, cause a ruckus........they need to be sedated, taken quickly to an inpatient mental health home overnight or for a week to be evaluated !!! This is best for safety of one's self and safety of others.......
When we love, we show we care by making sure these loved ones are safe from harm with special care of doctors, clinics, hospitals, specialists, medicines......this needs cleaned up of our lives everywhere !!! :(
People need to PAY ATTENTION to their surroundings and be cautious of those suffering mental illness............I know I have had a lot of family and friends suffering severe mental illness, I know they needed a lot of help only a psychologist could provide. Yikes !
I truly know that we NEED to have locally available to everyone, all over the earth, nice, clean, mental health clinics / homes to properly treat, diagnose the mentally ill quickly on call, readily available.......needed EVERYWHERE.
Knowing plenty of others suffering mental illness, I know it takes plenty of help caring for those who are mentally ill, and it can be very difficult often to help care for them, second chances, second chances, this can be too much chaos often for everyone caring for another severely mentally ill......dangerous !
Mental health lock down is best often for those severely mentally unwell, danger to themselves and others.........in a rage those minds not well may attack, spit blood, bite, hit, rape, anyone, anything..........we know those as this not well minded, take threats very serious, often they threaten to rape, kill, hang themselves, commit suicide or jump from high above to die, anything as this outrageous, need immediate quick mental health care.
Drugs always cause mind disorders, sending those others involved to strict Drug Rehab to dry them off drug addiction is best before tending to mental illness, then evaluate, send to immediate mental health care.
When you are mentally ill, it is ok, to know this, most people suffer mental illness, BUT know we MUST tend to every area of treatment before releasing from admission from mental health or rehab care........very important !
Knowing that you may have mental illness, suicide thoughts, drug addictions, alcoholism,to yourself, or, dangerous harmful thoughts to others who are good ??? Know you have severe mental illness, share with those you adore you need help, quickly seek treatment.
We all suffer bad days, life long often, it can be difficult to go through every challenge, grief, upset, let down, set back, trouble, BUT DO NOT let these bad days, ways, troubles, own or control you to be mentally ill, drink, overdose drugs, severe depression down in the dumps of life !!! FIGHT your way through to the better days, things gotta change be better sometime eh ????? ;)
If you need help with mental illness, know you are not alone, nothing to be ashamed of.........ask, seek for help + treatment, we need to try !
