walking for exercise, health !......

Walking is a fave activity of mine, it is great exercise, good for us ! Invite your friends / family to go walking with you, become a group of walkers, routine, chat, laugh, walk, good for us as friends / family healthier together........
Good social activity !   ;)

You may wish to walk alone, just be safe ! Be watchful for cars in the roads, walk on sides of the roads, with not much cars driving by ! Important ! Watch out be careful safe !

When walking alone you may wish to listen to music / head sets with radio interior, no cords, or the clip on variety attached to ear phones portable.......I enjoy this type of walking ! Lol........dress comfortable, cool, baseball hat, sunglasses, hair pulled up, top knot......wear bright colorful clothing, for safety, refresh with water bottles drink, and take stop breaks to rest until you are more so acclimated to new walking, takes effort, never give up ! No smoking, no unhealthy drug use, no alcohol while exercising / walking, running for health....danger ! Unhealthy ! Icky !

Nice to be outdoors, fresh air, warmer weather, spring is here........I enjoy it !  It is best to walk morning just before Sunrise, when cooler just before Sun rises brightly so you can see, and walking late evening when cooler just before Sundown........don't drink too much water and no eating before walking, less bathroom rush ! Lol.....

Walking can be at your own pace, others enjoy speed walking briskly........I just walk at my own pace, what you can achieve with walking, each person is different....

Taking along your dog for a walk can be tedious, with behaving ! Haha........depends on your dog's mind set.......believe me I know how this goes.......silly dog ! Lol....

Just properly attach your dog's leash to the collar, let them refresh with cool water before walking...hold onto the leash !!! Don't let your dog get away ! Keep them safe always.....let them rest, refresh, take breaks / pee ! Lol...

Vitamin D is nice from sunshine, breathe the air, enjoy your walk.......rest better at nite, social walking is best.  ;)

Wear deodorant ! Stinky sweat glands underarms, sweat cleans them so water only is best to refresh with......bathe after walking, wash hair best too....sweat ! 

I enjoy sport type shorts, shirts, thin swishy, loosely fitting clothing for exercise all brands nice ! Walking shoes best, but whatever you have for shoes is fine....

From spring to beginning of fall season I mostly eat Sub sandwiches or regular bread on bread sandwiches......Subway + Schlotzskys chain sub sandwiches nice from stores.........pick and choose your sandwich ! Take your friends + family......

I think diet pills are dangerous, unneeded !!!  :(

I enjoy these sandwiches during hot weather.........or I create my own from sub roll breads, find at Wal-Mart, other bakeries........deli meats, cheeses from Wal-Mart deli or local deli......create a nice sub sandwich your own ! Wrap in plastic wrap, keep cool.

Add small chip bag for chips, water only, sodas I haven't drank any since 2004 that many years ago ! Kidneys allergies, sodas aren't good for walking, exercising !

Soup + sandwich prepared at home, or Panera bread nice to order simple.....Vegetables, greens I enjoy all, raw veggies nice with ranch dressing or alone add with sandwich.....salads are good, plenty of fresh greens / vegetables.....

I take allergy + asthma meds so I dehydrate terribly and in hot weather the doctor told me once that I needed to rehydrate with a Gatorade / powerade, this has much salt, but he said it was needed because of my allergy + asthma medicines.......each person body system different........so as you are......

Exercise we all need to keep our heart circulation flowing, helps with other body troubles....

Nice to exercise on the equipment available to work on interior home to exercise with, nice variety of machines....

Join the gyms, exercise businesses help with a variety of health management......meal plans., trainers, help you with exercise routines.....fun to join + attend with friends, loved ones ! Laugh and have fun !!! Work out together, routine, effort !

Being healthy together is great.
