be there for others....

Many times in life everyone has a time when they go through difficult, upsetting, depressing, dangerous challenges or events that they have trouble facing....

So when everyone has been through something in their life difficult/upsetting, many different problems, challenges, and others have survived those challenges, we should all be there to let others in those current situations know that we have been through the same challenges, we have been that upset/depressed, and survived it by staying strong...or how we got through the bad times--let them know.

we should always be there to talk with others about the bad/upsetting things we have faced and battled through that they are facing now so it will help to comfort them...

it helps comfort you when you find out that many others have been through the same bad times/upsets.so always talk with one another about what you have been through---it is good...it helps everyone!

never leave someone unattended who may be depressed or suicidal...makes me cry for them! *sad face* always let them know you care about them....it can be dangerous for them to be alone.

be encouraging for better days.
be comforting in times of sadness, loss, upsets.
be supportive to others in times of upset at all times.
be a friend. 
talk about their depression, and if you have been depressed let them know how you have felt or how you battled the depression.

talk about how you have survived all your bad times in your life....Remember that everyone in this world goes through bad times, that is just how life is.

if you see someone crying because they are sad/upset always tell them "it's going to be ok" and talk with them.

sometimes a hug is needed from you or hold their hand to comfort them.

tell others that are suicidal/depressed that they need to seek help from a doctor so they will get better with medicines prescribed by the doctor.

if they need help, help them.

let them tell you what they are going through right now, and tell them what you have been through, it helps to be there like that for others...that way, we can all understand we all face times of upset/sadness.

just showing you care about others and telling them you do care is always good...you may not even know someone and if you know they are upset, just get them help, or tell them they will get better.

always remember that things have a way of getting better, sometimes it takes a long time, sometimes a few days, you never know...just never give up and stay strong.

always pray for your friends, family, loved ones, and others you don't know who are in bad times, facing challenges, upsets, going through depression, addiction, loss, turmoil---all bad things, pray for them going through those upsets and be there for them at all times...

we all need to show we care, we will listen, be caring and supportive, and love.

always take care of others who are in the midst of addiction, loss, suicidal tendencies, and depression or any awfulness..they can be vulnerable at these times and may harm themselves, or others, so always take care of them, never leave them unattended, and seek professional help for them from a doctor/hospital....

just be there for others!
