Watching Super bowl football game !

Very crazy windy cold outdoors today !!! Brr !

I am going to be watching the Super bowl Football game tonight on tv......I watch it yearly !

I do not have a fave team tonight to win the Super bowl..

I just enjoy watching it, I have some snacks for tonight.....chips ! Lol.....

Football is a nice sport, very strong, tough players !

More hacking letter ! Help !

I need help again please ! I appreciate all help I can get with these hackers ! Mimi couldn't sleep last nite said bees, flies sounds very very loud in her bedroom worse on her waves !

I told her to unhook house line phone because I rest better at nite when my house phone unhooked, so I think yesterday after those fakes called as Marcy M, calling about Jackie Shirley bday party, wanting Mimi to pay for cake, she thinks come down here from Edmond, OkCity to Mimi house !!! I suspect Japanese crooked fbi crooked dea up there trying to kill her hack her over money m crtl trash !!!

She needs help unhack her mind this morning she is exhausted very very tired said bees crickets in her bedroom make her feel sick, very loud ! She looks exhausted, I know upset over all family trash them all gone, she don't understand all this, I don't know what to tell her because I don't know everything ! Ya know, very stressful situation knowing and being upset over trash still allowed to fake mask, hack her mind, I am terrified they will kill us with that, my mother hears this crap still also....

I am sick and tired of trying to answer these questions they don't understand or get......help ! I don't even know exactly what to tell her .......stress, everyday now for four years.!!!!!

When I was there this morning I picked up house phone at her house, ping ping buzzy sound quite sound on phone....I think those fake Marcy trash from up there hacked her waves, house with the house phone.....I'm upset ! Can't get this turned off, down...When I stayed nite with her last, her bedroom I could here those bees, crickets terrible !!!

Screams on my waves for years now about we will kill your grandma m and grandpa bitch sent me fake pics of her dead on my waves 5 yrs ago played conversation of cops talking to her and sent me dreams video 5 yrs ago while I was hacked half alive but I remember that also......screaming about aunt S money ????f her they kept yelling ! Creepy to even remember all that terrible hacking my mind house.....I get anxiety over hacking us again killing us all with hacking....or my pets, cattle hacked too, anxiety I'm a mess over all this happening to me.....I can't help it, I fought them, and keep on going....but still upset, over it.....my life has been a nightmare, all this trash danger family, others surrounding me, plotting planning, harassing, I knew it all along, just didn't know exactly what it has been til lately.

Today shortstacks gang I think following me at d town Wal-Mart screams about Japanese own church on 81 bitch you drive by it !!!! They also showed up at Mimi house few months ago inviting her to that church gosp tab on 81 so now I'm blamed over something about that...

As I self cashier's quick go at Wal-Mart, I was getting my money bill out to pay the machine and shortstacks gang was in old man mask trying to look in my purse, he goes you using a card ???!!! I looked at him, No cash, oh he says.....then he burped stinky onion breath right on me !!! Nasty ass creep stalker !!! Onion breath stalker was following me watching me I think......nasty as hell !!!

I got hollered at about cement drive last nite ! Oh damn ! How dare I !!!!! I am so evil. Then today I drove over east again and dared to enter shortstacks gang territory !!!! Oh glare stare I seen a mad shortstacks in a mask, I stirred him up going on his turf ! Turd head ! He likes to travel over here on my territory area ! Oh crap, how dare I infiltrate their gang lands......they are selling water out of a hole or something !!! Wen cotton bales ??? Really I bet shortstacks don't farm that !!!!

This hacking has got to end totally, leave us alone thugs ! Go away !

Self esteem......

Self esteem is something we all can struggle with....

Sometimes in life, people can bring us down, abuse us, hurt our feelings, so severe, it cripples us emotionally....

Being hurt terribly mentally or physically by trusted friends / family, or others in our lives, it can break your heart ! Depressing you all through life ! Never let painful upsets, kick you down ! Work your way through the sadness, anger, strife !

Low self esteem is triggered by these awful upsets, abuse, rape, no love + care, this can cause many terrible things to happen to oneself ! Guard your heart at all times !!! Be Strong, battle through anguish / strife !

Making fun, belittling, abuse, ridicule, ruin of all goals, hopes, dreams, these also bring you depression + low self esteem.....forget these idiots, they don't matter ! Who are they to run their mouth off at others ?!!!! I know they are the ones with idiot problems in their head !!! :p

When others are mean to you, make fun of you, laugh at you for entertainment, laugh at them, walk away, Never pay attention to the mouthy opinions of a snobby, jealous idiot ! Anyone who deliberately intends to break someone's heart of goodness, ridicule someone of goodness, ruin life for them, these snobs need kicked to the curb ! Trash !

Have someone in your life who intentionally goes after you to hurt you, cause you mental anguish ??? Kick them out of your life ! They got problems....

Low self esteem can cause promiscuity, self harm, drug addiction, alcoholism, depression, suicide, many other terrible behaviors......

Snobs enjoy making others feel less than them, they enjoy being snobby, thinking they are supreme beings ! Well, I got news for them ! They are just trash.......nobody is better than the next one, all just equal human beings.......Snobs are so annoying, pathetic " eye roll " sick of that crap !

People who wish only to cause low self esteem to others of goodness, know that what goes around, comes right back to slap them in the face ! Lol.....

I know that we all need to work on stopping low self esteem, stopping upsets, turmoil interior our hearts.

When others are suffering with their feelings about themselves, cheer them up ! Show support ! Tell them everyday, they are wonderful, beautiful interior, exterior !

Self esteem can be about body perception / image.....I know all my life women / girls, even guys / men suffer because of their outward appearance, because some nobody snob ridicules them because they look different, weight, looks of their face, skin color is different, or clothes aren't designer expensive label ! Stupid, ignorant ! Has to Stop ! Who gives a crap about that idiots ! There's more to life than obsessing over looks, weight, designer clothing labels. Snobs ! Not important.

Have self esteem, you are beautiful ! Don't listen to snob evil others, they have the problem, trying to bring you down....!
