I know from time to time we all suffer from restless no rest / sleepless nights ....... tossing, turning unable to rest ! You look at your bedroom clock it says two a. m. Still no falling to sleep.....horrible !
Stress, worries, caffeine, nervous troubles, pain, health issues, weather, jobs, trouble at home or within family + friendships can occur this all can cause NO rest ! I think we have all suffered through this before.....I have heard many others say they could not fall to sleep / rest at night....
When I have this problem I purchase ahead of time those small craft kits of all variety, types, affordable to work on.....these I find at all craft stores Michael's, hobby lobby, Joanns, Wal-Mart, dollar stores, all, dollar tree ! Look online ! Very affordable cutesy fun for all ages ! I buy even the children's art / crafting kits and I keep them, most !
Purchase for you, your children, others you adore to have fun crafting also !
Just purchase several if you have extra money place interior a storage box and collect, work leisurely on those late nights / early a. m. when you cannot rest / sleep properly ! When in dire need of help to fall asleep ??? Just look interior the craft kit storage box, if extra supplies needed read on packaging before and purchase also, threads, glues, etc...
