Weather is becoming much cooler, last night I baked a frozen chicken pie, Marie Callenders, is the one I had, I add a few spoonfuls of creme of chicken soup, purchase extra, heat til very hot.....
These are very simple to just bake in oven, follow instructions, many brands, the one above, Swanson, Banquet, Stouffers..........all sizes, prices vary, meat or chicken......simple meal !
Taco dinner kits --- I love preparing the taco dinner kits, they are boxed, they usually include, meat seasoning, taco sauce to top tacos with, and shells to bake a few minutes, not over five minutes ! All you need is hamburger, cooked in skillet, well done, add meat seasoning, lettuce + cheese shreds also needed, olives, and sour cream needed, if you wish.....
Hamburger can be purchased in large rolls, or small rolls, patties preformed.....whichever way you crumble, fry in skillet....refrigerate !!! Will spoil......always cook thoroughly....
Brands of Taco kits are several, I have prepared / tried all, very quick prep ! Taco Bell, Old El Paso, Casa Fiesta, others, affordable mostly.....
Ricos Cheese in cans, grand or small cans, quick prep, purchase at most stores.........can be added to tacos or nachos, and La Preferidia items are also wonderful.......
The canned chili, just warm in cook pan, very hot, do not over cook it will scorch / burn in pan......!!! Quick prep, simple, open can pour into cook pan, serve on hot dogs, or enjoy a bowl with cheese, or sour cream dollop, crackers also.........these brands Hormel, Turkey, Beef, No beans, or with beans, Wolf Brand the same also........
I really enjoy tamales, homemade are best ! But the canned tamales are nice......Hormel brand tamales in can I prepare in oven, remove paper wrappers first before cooking in oven safe cookware, sprinkle cheese shreds onto top, bake thirty minutes oh, these are yum !
A few nice + warm meals to quick prep at home right now ! Affordable......the best.
