I know that churches locally may be purchasing early supply for the upcoming Fall party !!! It is basically a fall / autumn, Halloween party usually the week of Halloween !!! May be celebrated Halloween night !!!??? Whatever day you know the churches are planning for.....

Fast quick prep healthy vegetable trays, meat n cheese trays, sandwich style bread, ALL needed supply for foods for the event would need to be purchased the week of the church fall party / halloween party and stored SAFELY at the church unopened !!!! Place interior the refrigerator keep VERY cool !!!! Very important !!!! Cookies, with punch or whatever refreshment your church chooses BEST for the children sweets, maybe cute decorated cup cakes minis or ANY size prepackaged for the kids ???? Ya know your church committee choice have a meeting two weeks before or a month before to plan the party and trunk or treat !!!!! donate your time to help out parents, friends + family ALL church attendees !!!! Be helpful in planning purchasing, helping in the kitchen, with EVERYTHING outdoors indoors ALL of it !!! Team work to prepare, keep kids SAFE !!! Help create, clean up messes !!! Good social activity with the churches, local community !!!!!
Similar to the Halloween carnival as I described but VERY cutesy, colorful, Christian theme to show respect for our Lord........the churches are HIS houses so we MUST be respectful about the season......NOTHING icky remember !!!!
TRUNK OR TREAT AT CHURCH DRIVEWAY !!!
I was able to help with the Fall party at my church several years ago, and we also had Trunk or Treat that night in the driveway, parking lot area, where we decorated the trunk of our cars for fall / halloween !!! Decorating this then placing buckets of candy interior the car trunk and passing the candy out to the children !!!!! Plenty car trunk decorating ideas on the internet !!!! Oriental Trading has PLENTY cardboard decorations, for church fall party, trunk or treat, ideas as well for trunk decorating !!!! Just an outdoor driveway parking area SAFE Halloween candy toss !!!! Pinata candy good for this as well !!!
ALL ages can attend, parents MUST be present with their children, babies !!!!! Be helpful, kind, friendly, ALL of us there !!!!!
Hope this is something FUN we can all see IF the churches allow would be interested about ???? I know I adored these as a child and I know I enjoy helping with these nowadays as I am an adult !!!!! Exciting for the church and NICE social activity for togetherness for the local church family, community !!!! Keep it VERY clean and sanitary as you help out with it ALL !!!!
