Being neglected.....

Often in life we feel less than, upset, let down because of the way those we love / care for behave toward us.........I know I have had my fair share of feeling neglected, trashed on, told I'm not as important or grand as others, simply because I don't over achieve, not as important I have been told....

Hurt feeling / sadness !

I know when we have loved ones who behave toward us as we do not matter, we just exist for them to ignore, forget, avoid, it can be very depressing knowing they simply just do not care to be there for us, chat with us over how we feel, or even offer their congratulations, sympathy, or advice, just hateful + chilly toward us, it hurts terribly to feel as though you are being neglected by those you adore !

Often our pets even can feel neglected as we Simply do not have time to be playful / romp, throw toys, Chewys to them, walk them all day, feed + water, shelter them !!! SO........we MUST give our pets, children, grandparents plenty of attention, so someone is thoughtful, loving, caring enough to be there for them, I always have !!! This is family ! Responsibility ! We all MUST be protective, watchful, love / care ALWAYS !!!

When you are just tossed aside as your thoughts, opinions, ideas / ways, feelings do not matter to those closest to you, or you cannot get advice / help for troubles / upsets, it is very upsetting and often stressful to have those you thought you could count on for help just not care, and walk away....

Being abused by loved ones in any way is also neglect........very depressing upsetting to know loved ones do not love / care for you at all......leads to drug abuse, self harm, depression, all kinds of sadness in the heart + mind ! Know you are far better than this !!! Look forward, go on, forget them as you can !!! Seek medical help......

Neglect hurts our minds, hearts, souls, it is very sad to be tossed aside, unloved, forgotten by friends / family !!! We all have went through this i know, but just wanted to speak of it !

Don't be harsh, + hateful to your beloveds ! Family, friends, pets, co - workers, be kind, attentive, show you care, love + respect !

Check on those you know at least once a day, ask if they need help, advice, chat, be friendly ! Tell them you adore them ! Invite them to go to town with you daily ! Write letters, send cards, be cheerful, phone calls !!!   ;) 

much responsibility for our elders, children, mental health troubled, handicapped, and our wonderful pets / animals !!!
