Often we have grand size celebrations !!! I know we locally need more community involvement, more safe social activities, for surrounding, cities, communities !
I have forever heard of the street dances.......these are street dances that are designed to create good social activity for community and it's inhabitants !!! They seem to be very eye catching, colorful, musical, themed, advertise !!! They look to be very exciting + fun !
They are often Advertised a week or so before the event, some may be monthly, during a community created event at city / town hall, pre - planned, well organized, decorate with banners, fliers, colorful, invite the band's / musicians, often a singing stage will be placed interior roped off / marked designated areas up front the street dance !!! Exciting !!!
There MUST be a designated, pre -- planned area well known for safety away from cars, that is completely safe, roped off / designated so no one will be injured / run over by vehicles ! Yikes ! So these HAVE to be very safe !!!
Usually they are family friendly ONLY, so NO drinking, NO drugs !!! Just nice refreshments, snacks allowed !!! I have been to events where they are grand sized, nice, fun, exciting !!!! .....BUT then the drunkards, drugs, arrive and they start vomiting, falling down, fighting with others, loud talking boisterous behavior and they RUIN the nice event !!! Annoying ! :(
These can be for celebrating, for holidays, for just community togetherness, good social events, fundraisers, listen to a local band / musicians, dance on the street where designated / allowed !!! Invite everyone ! Usually these are taking place in late evening, on Friday or Saturday evenings late, when cooler.........
Banners, lights hung up above the area are very colorful, bright, exciting, decorate, confetti cannons may be allowed if street is cleaned up with vacuum / brooms, discard next morning early after hours !!! Keep it pretty ! ;)
Musical entertainment can be variety, local flavor of music any you all agree on !!! Very enchanting, whimsical, goodness for everyone as long as kept clean, eye catching !!!
Parades may occur before the street dances late evening, fundraiser may occur also, raffles + prizes also !!! Pre - plan with city / town officials, well organize ahead of time, enjoy the view from lawn chairs on sides back away from streets close to sidewalks if permitted !!!
Keep it clean, attend with children if they are allowed, be watchful, NO pets DANGER for them leave at home, take a long lights to see, keep in purses, or in pockets / bags !!! Local entertainment works well for this, if they can play + sing invite them for small fee, local musicians are often the most available + best to invite / enjoy their music + singing !!!
Fiestas, local town celebrations are also encouraged to attend, all nationalities, let's celebrate togetherness for the good of our earth !!! Fiestas are so very colorful + exciting !!! Street dance with themed musical band also here at the fiestas !!! All styles of dancing, as it is permitted, nothing nasty !!! ;)
Let's dance ! Be social, Be united ! All kind, respectful, clean + safe !!! These events are wonderful for our small towns + grand size cities where allowed + known to be quiet, less vehicles zoom thru these areas / streets !!!
These need to be EVERYWHERE. Wonderful for everyone to have fun events to attend, create, prepare for at least monthly or every two months or so create these for unity, something to be excited / happy about !!! ;)
We know we all need to have better, exciting, days ! FUN.
